Retford Town Centre Drugs Warrant

At 1220 hours on Monday 6th February 2012, Officers from the Neighbourhood Policing Team at Retford Police Station executed a drugs warrant at a residential property on Chapelgate, Retford.

During the search of the property, Officers found professional growing equipment, which was being used to grow a quantity of cannabis plants in the loft. All plants and equipment found were seized and removed from the property.

A further search found harvested cannabis plant, which was being used by the occupants for their own personal use. This was also seized by Officers.

The two occupants of the property have been interviewed in relation to the offences and prosecuted for their part in them.
